* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

After a speech by Spencer and a legislative update from Ben Thaeler, a representative of U.S. Congressman Warren Davidson, R-Troy, 45 locals loaded onto a bus headed for Washington, D.C. The March for Life takes place today at the National Mall.
