* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Daniel Stahl

Daniel C. "Albert" Stahl, age 59, of Montezuma, died Sunday morning, January 28, 2018 at St. Rita's Hospital in Lima.

He was born March 17, 1958, in Celina to the late Ernest 'Doc' & Margaret (Garke) Stahl.

He is survived by a son, Andrew & Emily Stahl of Raymond; a daughter Danelle & Ben Chesser of Celina; grandchildren, Cole, Leighton, Evie and Lila Stahl and Aubree Chesser; and a brother Kevin & Rita Stahl of Coldwater.

He is preceded in death by an infant brother Jeffery.

He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, the South Shore Sportsman's Club and the National Rifle Association. Dan graduated from Coldwater High School in 1976, was the owner/operator of the former Al's Pool Hall in Coldwater, managed the former Doc's Inn in Montezuma and currently worked at Kroger in St. Marys.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Montezuma. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM Wednesday and 9 to 10 AM Thursday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
