* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Lois Herron
Lois A. Herron, age 79, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at her residence at 10:26 pm on Sunday, January 28, 2018.
She was born August 19, 1938 in Waynesfield, Ohio to the late Roy and Margaret (Earl) Copeland. On December 27, 1958 she married Dr. Lonnie "Frank" Herron, they were together for 59 wonderful years, and he preceded her in death on December 9, 2017.
Other survivors include a son, Kevin (Esther) Herron, Dublin, Ohio; two daughters, Tori Herron, Lima, Ohio, and Tracey Morley, Englewood, Ohio; and four grandchildren, Conner Morley, Kristin Morley, Samantha Morley, and Jamie Spaulding.
Also preceded in death by a son, Todd Herron; a brother, Charles Copeland; and a sister, Wanda Copeland.
Lois was a 1956 graduate of Waynesfield-Goshen High School. She worked alongside her husband as an office manager in their Chiropractic office, Alternative Health Care, located in Coldwater, Ohio.
Memorial Services will begin at 6:00 pm, Thursday, February 1, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating. The family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
