At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Carl Broerman
Carl W. Broerman, age 77, of Fortman Road, Fort Loramie, passed away of natural causes following a sudden illness late Wednesday evening, February 21, 2018, at the Versailles Health Care Center in Versailles, Ohio.
He was born September 26, 1940, in Fort Loramie, Ohio, to the late Fred and Christine (Spoltman) Broerman. On May 6, 1964, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, Carl married Rose Ann (Clune) Broerman who survives.
Of three children, one son Keith Broerman is deceased while Randy & Crista Broerman and Carla & Mitch Pleiman of Fort Loramie survive. Also surviving are nine grandchildren: Taylor and Ethan Broerman, Tori, Morgan, Brad, Nathan, Emily, Jacob and Ben Pleiman; one brother, Frank Broerman of Tipp City and several brothers & sisters-in- law: Joe Wuebker of New Bremen, Pat Broerman of New Bremen, Bob & Janice Clune of New Bremen, Mary Clune of Minster, Charley & Julie Clune of Minster, Connie & Jim Barhorst of St. Marys, Patrick & Joan Clune of Bloomington, IN, CJ & Paula Clune of Minster and Mark Bensman of Troy along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by seven siblings: Louise Shadley, Leo Broerman, Lawrence Broerman, Alvera Arling, Dorothy Wuebker, Alfred Broerman and infant Hilda Broerman as well as brothers & sisters-in-law: Marion Shadley, Marie, Clarine, Thelma and Marlene Broerman, Ken Meyer, Walter Arling, Kenneth Clune and Rita Bensman.
Carl was a 1958 graduate of Fort Loramie High School. He was owner and operator of Broerman Equipment (trucking company) until retiring in 2013. Previously he had been engaged in dairy farming and years ago held a barber's license. Carl was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, the Fort Loramie Racing Club and Walk-Up Country Club. He was a charter member of the Poor Boys Antique Tractor Pull Club and a past member of the Minster Fraternal Order of Eagles. Carl enjoyed collecting antique IH tractors as well as toy tractors. He had also been a fan of country music. Over the years, Carl and Rose Ann shared many Branson Missouri trips and Country Concerts in the Hills.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at St. Michael Church in Fort Loramie with Rev. Steven Shoup presiding. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery. Friends may call Monday 2:00 to 7:00 PM and Tuesday 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Gehret Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Fort Loramie Rescue Squad or charity of choice.
