Harold Penn
Harold Penn, 78, of Celina, Ohio, died February 15, 2018, at Sunrise of Dublin in Dublin, Ohio, where he had been a resident.
He was born on June 18, 1939, in Rockford, Ohio, the son of Edwin Frederick and Rebecca Cedell (Tussing) Penn, both preceded him in death.
Harold graduated from Rockford High School where he was active in Baseball, Basketball, Football, and Music. Harold enlisted in the United States Army in 1960 and served for 30 years before retiring as a Sergeant Major (E-9) while stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 1990.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife Chin Cha (Ginger), his brother Roger, and a daughter-in-law Robyn.
Surviving are a sister, Alice Penn of Rockford, Ohio; two sons, John (Janeth) Penn and two children of Jacksonville, Florida; and Nelson (Robyn) Penn and two children of Powell, Ohio.
As a veteran of the United States Army, Harold's wishes are to be buried in a National Cemetery along with the remains of his late wife.
