* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Julia Miller
Julia A. Miller, age 73, of Ohio City, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born April 15, 1944 in Jackson, Michigan, to the late Robert & Nellie Fulk.
Julia is survived by her daughters: Dawn (Donald) Leugers of Celina, Carla (Kevin) Shappell of Wapakoneta, and Kim Rose, Tina Hellner and Tammie (Mike) Day, all of Michigan; 13 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, a sister Mary Ellen of Michigan, and her best friends: Connie Harling and Shirley Binkley.
Preceding Julia in death was a son, John Alden, a sister, and 2 brothers.
Julia retired from General Dynamics in Lima, and the Motor Inn Truck Stop at Mercer. She loved Bingo, and working in her flower beds. Most of all, besides her family, Julia loved all the cats she adopted and cared for over the years.
According to Julia's wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
