CELINA - David Ray Leugers, 36, was found guilty on Tuesday of two first-degree felony counts of rape of a person under age 13, including specifications that he used force or the threat of force to commit the crimes.
Judge Jeffrey Ingraham read the verdict in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. Leugers, a Coldwater resident, faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison on each charge. [More]
Celina grad McGohan takes on new role with Mariners

Kevin McGohan had success in high school as a player at Montgomery Field.
The 2016 Celina High School graduate is now ready for a successful stint as new general manager of the Grand Lake Mariners.
The 20-year-old Ohio University student takes over the general manager role that had been filled by Barb Delzeith for the past several summers. A year after having served as an intern, McGohan becomes the youngest GM in Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League history. [More]

CELINA - Respondents of a recent survey overwhelmingly indicated the downtown needs more restaurants, but a city official said they aren't coming unless local entrepreneurs invest the money and time.
