CELINA - Respondents of a recent survey overwhelmingly indicated the downtown needs more restaurants, but a city official said they aren't coming unless local entrepreneurs invest the money and time.
MINSTER - Dannon will be permitted to increase its plant's wastewater output from 880,000 gallons per day to 1.1 million gallons per day.
