...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM EDT THIS
The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of East Central Indiana and Ohio, including the
following areas, in East Central Indiana, Fayette IN, Union
IN, and Wayne. In Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Delaware,
Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Preble, Shelby, and Union OH.
* Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon
* With the ground already saturated, additional scattered showers
and thunderstorms today could result in new instances of flash
flooding. Localized rainfall of 1 to 2 inches will be possible
in the heaviest and most persistent storm activity. This may
result in flash flooding with lighter rainfall amounts than
would otherwise be expected.

* At 511 AM EDT, minor flooding was reported at several locations in
both Hardin and northern Shelby Counties, particularly in the
Botkins area in northern Shelby. Additional scattered showers will
move through the advisory area over the next several hours, with
additional rainfall up to 1 inch possible during this time frame.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near
creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience
