* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Bruce Rickard stands with his Saved by the Helmet Award and trophy helmet from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. He received the honors for wearing his helmet at the time of an accident. Last year, a semitrailer backed into Rickard and pushed him backward for 150 feet.
