* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Vicky Richards
Vicky Lee Gibson Richards, age 66 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Tuesday June 5, 2018 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
She was born on Feb. 13, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to Ira Lee Richards and Joann Lee Harper.
She is survived by her mother Joann Lee (Harper) Michael of Celina and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father Ira Lee Richards and her step father William Michael Sr.
Vicky graduated from Trotwood High School with the Class of 1970 and attended the Theological Seminary in New York City. She was employed by the Salvation Army for numerous years, then moved back to Celina, upon the death of her father.
Vicky was also employed in Celina at Huffy's Bicycle plant, Chief Supermarket, Avada Audiology and Hearing Care Center and retired from Walmart in 2014.
She was a very active member of the Grace Missionary Church in Celina and a member of the Celina American Legion Post #210.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Grace Missionary Church in Celina, with Pastor Brett Sauder and Pastor Bruce Head officiating. A Celebration of Life will be held in the church hall following Vicky's memorial service.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Monday at the Church. The Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Vicky's remains will be laid to rest in the Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio.
