* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Peter Serio
Peter C. Serio Sr., age 60, of Celina, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018, at the State of the Heart Inpatient Hospice Unit at Wayne Hospital in Greenville.
He was born on January 6, 1958, in Rochester, New York, a son of the late Rosario & June (Briggs) Serio. His wife, Linda Serio, passed away October 13, 1997.
Surviving are his Children: Peter Serio Jr. of Celina, Anthony Serio of Coldwater, and Ann Serio of Fort Recovery, eight Grandchildren, Brothers: Roger, Bobby and Paul, his Twin Brother: Joey, Twin Sisters: Rose and Amy, and Twin Sister & Brother: Maryanne and Keith.
Peter had worked as an Auto Mechanic.
Calling Hours will be held from 3:00-5:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 13, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
