Turtle soup anyone?

Bill Russell poses with a turtle shell at his stand at the Holy Rosary Parish Festival on Sunday in St. Marys. Russell sold containers of turtle soup with the proceeds going to the parish and the school. The festival ran from Friday-Sunday.
