* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Terry Kennedy

Terry L. Kennedy, 74, of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, formerly of Medina, Ohio, died June 21, 2018, in Winchester, Virginia.

He was born August 27, 1943 in Medina, OH, to George and Opal (Noggle) Kennedy, both deceased.

He is survived by his wife Pamela (Baran) Kennedy, two sons: Craig (Kathryn) Kennedy of Celina, Ohio, and Geoffrey Kennedy of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, and two grandchildren, Ian and Whitney Kennedy, of Celina. He is also survived by a brother, Max (Janis) Kennedy, of Wooster, Ohio.

Services will be at a later date at the wishes of the family.
