* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Janice Hoelscher
Janice E. Hoelscher, age 77, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at 2:35 a.m. at Miller Place in Celina. She was born October 28, 1941 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late Gale and Audrey (Saam) Hertel. On May 6, 1972 she married Jerry Hoelscher and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2007.
She is survived on the Hertel side by two brothers, Ron (Jan) Hertel, Celina, and Larry (JeAnne) Hertel, Florida; and three nieces and three nephews; eight great nieces and nephews. She is also survived on the Hoelscher side by brothers and sisters-in-law, Thelma (Bill) Eckert, Jean Koenig, Bill (Lou) Hoelscher, Betty (Dan) Jackson, Mike (Suzanne) Hoelscher, Dan (Diane) Hoelscher, and Doris (Leroy) Rutschilling; and numerous nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
Also preceded in death by brothers and sisters-in-law Ned Koening, Paulette Hoelscher, and Bob and Corla Hoelscher.
Janice was a 1959 graduate of Rockford High School in Rockford, Ohio. She retired from Celina Insurance Group in Celina after 30 plus years of service. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Church of God in Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Darwin Dunten officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH. Memorial contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice, 230 W Main St, Coldwater, OH 45828. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Please leave condolences to the family at www.ciscofuneralhome.com
