* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Bernadetta Lochtefeld
Bernadetta C. Lochtefeld, age 96, of St. Henry, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at The Gardens at St. Henry. She was born March 12, 1922 in St. Henry, Ohio, to the late Henry & Mary (Borgerding) Nieport. On September 13, 1941 she married Roman F. Lochtefeld and he preceded her in death on December 14, 2005. She is survived by her children: Virgil & Carol Lochtefeld of Ft. Wayne, IN, Martin & Elaine Lochtefeld of Celina, Esther & Kenneth Homan of Coldwater, Alice & Donald Rammel of New Weston, Henry & Freda Lochtefeld of Celina; 17 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 14 step great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Bernie is also survived by in-laws, Dolores Nieport of St. Henry, and Arthur & Irene Lochtefeld of Yorkshire.
She was preceded in death by infant children Edwin, Mary Ann, and Anna Marie Lochtefeld. Bernie was the last living member of her family, and is preceded by siblings, Rose & Ed Zumberge, Joseph & Gertrude Nieport, and Alberta & Albert Weitzel.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, the Altar Rosary Sodality, and the Daughters of Isabella. She was a homemaker, and was active in the Senior Citizens programs such as the regular garage sales and card parties. Bernie loved gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with her loving family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, September 25, from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care, or The Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville.
