Dome being restored

Workers with Brian Brothers Painting & Restoration of Piqua on Thursday afternoon continue to install new plaster beneath the stained-glass windows inside the Mercer County Courthouse in Celina. Two leaks had damaged the plaster. The $46,265 project also entails painting. The county will be reimbursed by its insurance company.
