* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Mercer County Community Hospital's new west wing will be operational on Monday. Construction of the $24 million dollar wing began last spring and will open on Monday. The public can tour the facility on Sunday during an open house.
