CELINA - Construction has begun on an expansion at Celina Precision Machine.
Ground was broken earlier this month, and CFO Dean Miller said this week he hopes the 5,390-square-foot project will be completed by general contractor H.A. Dorsten of Minster before the end of the year.
Cardinals back in Sweet 16 for third straight year
