Areas of fog, including some patchy dense fog will linger into the early afternoon hours before some improvement is expected. Numerous observation sites continue to show visibilities of one mile or less.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Christmas open houses

The Christmas mood was on display this weekend at Floral and Friends Flower Shop, corner of Main and Market streets, during downtown Celina merchants' first Holiday Open House. Shoppers were invited to many downtown stores to take advantage of special savings and to register to win gift baskets from participating merchants.
