* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Robert Kaylor
Robert "Bob" L. Kaylor, age 81, of Celina, Ohio, passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 7:13 pm at his residence.
He was born January 30, 1937 to the late Lloyd and Ottaline (Boroff) Kaylor. He married Carolyn M. (Sutter) Kaylor in April of 1967, and she survives at the residence.
Other survivors include four stepchildren, Katherine (Tommy) Germann, Celina, Kristine (Brian) Kellermeyer, Celina, Daniel (Dena) Roth, Mendon, and Theresa (Denny) Hunt, Cridersville; a sister, Dorothy (Richard) Grimm; two brothers, Jonny (Pat) Kaylor, and Gary Kaylor; 10 step grandchildren; 24 step great grandchildren; and 5 step great great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by a step daughter, Karen Scholz.
Bob graduated from Celina Senior High in 1954. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War era. He spent his entire life working on the farm, and retired from Stran Building in Van Wert after many years of service.
Visitation hours will be from 2:00-6:00 pm, Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, November 19, 2018 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Pastor Randy Christian officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. To conclude the services at the funeral home, military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post #210 and Celina VFW Post #5713.
Memorial contributions can be made to Grand Lake Hospice, St. Marys.
