* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Emil Schnelle
Emil H. Schnelle, Jr. 84, of Convoy, passed away Early Sunday, November 18, 2018 at St. Rita's Medical Center.
He was born October 27, 1934, in Auglaize County, to the late Emil H. and Hazel M. (King) Schnelle, Sr.
Emil attended York High School and was a veteran of the United States Army. He retired from the forge shop at International Harvester after 30 years. He went on to co-own the Delphos Bike Shop for several years.
Emil enjoyed playing cards, spending time with family and friends and taking a daily cruise around the area. In his younger days, he enjoyed fishing, boating and being at the lake.
He is survived by his children: Robin (Scott) Parker of Elida; Bruce (Patty) Schnelle of Conroe, TX; Emily Alberding of Lima; David Schnelle of Convoy; brother, Robert (Betty) Schnelle of Columbia SC; sister: June Weitz of Celina; Carol Germann of Middle Point; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Emil was preceded in death by his daughter, Penny Corwin, brothers, Paul and Ferdellas Schnelle, sisters, Fredonia Leugers, Wilma Gray and Pauline Rempe.
Funeral service will be 1:00 PM, Friday, November 23, 2018 at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with Rev. Ron Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Convoy IOOF Cemetery with military honors rendered by the combined forces of the Van Wert VFW and American Legion.
Visitation will be from 11 AM-1 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to the family.
