* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

A tow truck driver removes a car from a ditch following a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Celina-Mendon Road and U.S. 33 on Wednesday afternoon. Mercer County Sheriff's Deputy Rachel Hesse said one person suffered minor injuries. The Dodge van and a Dodge sedan sustained disabling damage to the front ends. No other information was available by press time.
