* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Betty Kremer
Betty L. Kremer age 91, of Versailles passed away at 10:05 PM on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Versailles Healthcare Center.
Betty was born February 1, 1927, in Darke County to the late Louis F. & Eulalia "Lollie" (Smith) Cramer.
In addition to her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her husband, Lewis A. Kremer on April 23, 2011, whom she married April 28, 1945; son, David R. "Red" Kremer; brothers, Francis "Bob" Marchal, Earl "Skeeter" Marchal, James Cramer, Joe Cramer and John Cramer; and sisters, Bertha Apple, Vinna Buxton, Isabelle Goffena and infant Mary Catherine Cramer. Betty was the last surviving member of her family.
Betty is survived by her children, Tony L. & Mary Ellen Kremer of Celina, Ruth Kremer of Versailles, Diana & Dale George of Versailles, Jo & Chuck Langenkamp of Greenville, Ron & Sheree Kremer of Versailles, Jill & Clarence "Butch" Simons of Greenville, Dan & Jackie Kremer of Versailles and Ken & Julia Kremer of Versailles; 26 grandchildren; 54 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandsons; in-laws, Rita Kremer, Freddie & Martha Kremer and Jeanene Kremer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles and former member of the Daughters of Isabella of the church. Betty was also a member of the Versailles American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 4, 2019, at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles with Rev. Fr. Jim Simons celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Valbert Cemetery in Versailles.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
