* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Dickerson
Richard R. Dickerson, age 80, of Celina, Ohio passed away at his residence at 2:30 am on Friday, January 4, 2019.
He was born February 14, 1938 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Claude and Ila (Johnston) Dickerson. On November 29, 1974 he married Betty J. (Tobin) Dickerson and she survives at the residence.
Other survivors include his children, Karen Dickerson, Kevin (Dorina) Dickerson, Toledo, Ted Dickerson, CO, Terry (Laura) Dickerson, Celina, Kelly Jenkins, Celina, Jane (Scott) Boyer, Celina, Craig (Jill) Jenkins, Coldwater, and Brad Dickerson, Celina; brothers and sisters, Robert (Vicki) Dickerson, FL, Bonnie (Bob) Stacy, FL, Donald Dickerson, Toledo, Dorothy Keefe, Toledo, and Thomas (Pat) Dickerson, Toledo; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Richard was a 1956 graduate of Holland-Springfield High School in Toledo. He retired from Reynolds and Reynolds in Celina after 22 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, and traveling.
Memorial Services will begin at 3:00 pm, Thursday, January 10, 2019 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH, with Rev. Allan Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends 1:00 pm-3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to CHP Hospice of Celina, Ohio.
