* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Lois Schaefer
Lois J. Schaefer, 84, of Sidney, and formerly of New Knoxville, died 9:45 P.M. Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at Vancrest of Saint Marys.
She was born October 18, 1934, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Cornelius and Mollie (Hawk) McMullen. She married Roger B. Schaefer on June 26, 1955, at Saint Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, and he preceded her in death in 2000.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Schaefer of Sidney; by her sister-in-law, Dorothy McMullen of Saint Marys; Brother-in-law, Dale Schaefer of New Bremen; Sister-in-law, Judy Gehle of Minster; by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Scott Schaefer; by her brother, Wilbur McMullen; by her sister, Marvel Ramsey.
Lois was a 1953 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School, where she had been very active in the music program of the school. She continued to enjoy music and tap dancing all her life. She and her family spent many weekends at Indian Lake, and she enjoyed making crafts.
She had worked at the former Home Bank in Saint Marys; New Knoxville Telephone Company and Orr Felt Company in Piqua.
Funeral rites will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys. Burial will follow at Glen Cemetery, Port Jefferson, Ohio.
Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Vancrest Activities Fund.
