At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Lucille Kramer
Lucille A. Kramer, 96, of Celina passed away at 8:37 p.m. Thursday February 28, 2019 at Celina Manor.
She was born on January 20, 1923 in Burkettsville, OH to Henry & Agnes (Reier) Siefring who preceded her in death. On November 26, 1942 she married Leon A. Kramer who passed away on May 15, 2007.
Their children include; Bob (Janice) Kramer of Celina, Jim Kramer (dec.), Richard L. (Jody) Kramer of Celina, Ron (Tamra) Kramer of Celina, Randolph (dec.) (Teresa) Kramer of Beavercreek, Kimberly (Matthew) Bowles of Glenford; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 5 sisters Mary Liette, Mildred Mendenhall, Eulalia Zumberger, Jeanette (Paul) Lennartz, Virginia (Robert) Schaefer and a sister-in-law Irene Siefring.
She was preceded in death by her siblings and in-laws, Alfreda (Ralph) Rose, Aloys (Hilda) Siefring, Cyril (Romilda) Siefring, Herbert Siefring, Florentine Siefring, Esther (Victor) Wuebker, Hubert Liette, Elmer (Rita) Siefring, Ronald Mendenhall, John Zumberger and Walter Evers.
In Lucille's younger years she had worked at Mersman's. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where she participated in the Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening and ballroom dancing. Most of all she was an avid card player and was a member in many card clubs.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday March 5, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church with Fr. Vincent Wirtner, C.PP.S officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Friends may call from 3-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Immaculate Conception Church Endowment Fund.
