* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Karen Kohnen
Karen Marie Kohnen, age 53, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at her residence with her family.
She was born on August 29, 1965 in Celina, Ohio, to the late Donald and Carla (Miller) Rasawehr. On February 14, 2016 she married Ronald L. Kohnen, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are her children; Beth Link of Celina, son Drew Springer of Wapakoneta, two step children Seth (Amanda) Kohnen of Celina, Jaime (Kurt) Bergman of Rossburg, nine grandchildren; Gavin Hay, Karly Platfoot, Willamina Platfoot, Brody Link, Micah Kohnen, Maylee Kohnen, Sarah Bergman, Ruth Bergman, Isaiah Bergman, sisters and brothers-in-law Amy Clifford of Celina, Lori Rasawehr of St. Marys, Julie (Scott) Bruggeman of Celina, brother and sister-in law Donald (Amy) Rasawehr of Van Wert and her grandfather Jay Miller of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother Virginia Miller, and her son Damon Springer.
Karen graduated from the Celina High School with the Class of 1983 and then attended Lima Tech. She was employed at Mercer Health. She was a Life Member of the Celina V.F.W. Post #5713 Auxiliary.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at the Lord's Abounding Grace Church in Celina, with Rev. Rick Brosher officiating.
