A construction worker for Phoenix Fabricators of Avon, Indiana, on Monday morning welds a joint on the new Chickasaw water tower, located in the Marion Industrial Park. The tower can hold 100,000 gallons of water and is part of a $2.5 million project that also includes improving the nearby water treatment plant and the water lines.
