* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Duane Kinninger
Duane H. Kinninger, age 76, of Coldwater passed away at his home in Coldwater on Friday, March 15, 2019.
He was born November 9, 1942 in New Bremen to the late Gustin & Loretta (Dirksen) Kinninger. On October 16, 1965, he married Martha (Miller) Kinninger and she resides in Coldwater.
He is survived by his children and in-laws, Rod & Pam Kinninger of Coldwater, and Melissa & Chris Sipes of Lima; grandchildren, Megan Kinninger, Devan, Robbie, and Casey Sipes; Siblings and in-laws, Pat Post, Larry & Diana Kinninger, Carol & Dan Koverstone, David & Sheryl Kinninger, Elaine & Bob Echols, Jeff & Linda Young, Lou & Rose Miller, Janet & Al Huston, Steve & Carol Miller and Karen Braun.
He is preceded in death by granddaughter, Abby, and in-laws, John Miller and Steve Braun.
Duane was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater and Knights of Columbus and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was retired from Midmark in Versailles and Ace Hardware in Coldwater.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will be at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday March 19 and 9 to 10 am Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
