* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Area woman donates her kidney to a stranger
Pair find they live 5 minutes apart

ROCKFORD - Bryan Schoenleben's first kidney transplant was in 1990, and his second was Feb. 19. Now, he's urging others to donate organs to save lives.
Bryan Schoenleben was 19 when he discovered an undetected birth defect had done irreparable damage to his kidney. His older brother Scott at the time was a perfect match, and after the operation Bryan Schoenleben lived with his new kidney for the next 28 years.
