* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Route 29 work

Ohio Department of Transportation workers are replacing a culvert underneath State Route 29 near Silver Lakes subdivision west of Celina, according to officials. The project began Monday and is expected to be finished by April 26, according to ODOT spokeswoman Mandi Dillon. During construction, State Route 29 will remain closed between State Route 118/Hellwarth Road and Fleetfoot Road.
