At 216 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Kenton, Ada, Fort Shawnee, Dunkirk, Alger, Waynesfield, Blanchard, Roundhead, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Dola, Silver Creek, Jumbo, Huntersville, St. Johns, Walton, Mentzer, New Hampshire, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Locations impacted include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, West Liberty, Jackson Center, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Chippewa Park, Roundhead, Quincy, Huntsville, Port Jefferson, Logansville, Mcmorran, Maplewood, New Hampshire, Bloom Center, Pemberton, Lewistown, and Springhills.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 88 and 90.

Dorothy Rupert
Dorothy Louise Rupert, 92, of Largo, Florida, passed away on Tuesday evening, May 14, 2019, at the East Bay Rehabilitation Center & Nursing Home in Largo, Florida.
She was born in Willshire, Ohio, on April 23, 1927, to Herbert Henry and Viola Fredricka (Bollenbacher) Kuhn. On December 24, 1947, she married Donald Richard Rupert. They resided in Geneva, Indiana, and later divided their time between Geneva and Florida until Donald's passing in May 1996, at which time Dorothy became a full-time Florida resident.
Surviving are two daughters: Rhanda K. Rupert of Clearwater, Florida, and Donna L. Rupert of Largo, Florida; two brothers and one sister survive: Chalmer Kuhn of Celina, Vernon Kuhn of Rockford, and Delilah "Beck" Hayes, also of Rockford. One sister-in-law, Janie Kuhn also survives in Rockford.
Deceased are three brothers: Orville, Robert, and Gerald Kuhn, and one sister, Jean Graves.
Friends may call at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home on Saturday, May 18, 2019, from 10:00 a.m.-Noon.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. in Geneva, Indiana, at Riverside Cemetery with Pastor Chip Steffy officiating.
