The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Mary Kochert
Mary Aileen Kochert, age 87, of Gautier, MS., and formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at her sons, Michael, residence in Mississippi.
She was born on May 16, 1932 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Joseph P. and Mary Henrietta (Werner) Sattler. On June 7, 1950 she married Benjamin F. Kochert, who passed away in 1973.
Survivors include her four children: Rebecca Kochert of Gautier, MS, John (Diane) Kochert of Celina, OH, Deborah Tieman of Leo, IN, and Michael Kochert of Gautier, MS. Five grandchildren: Nicole (Sean Lowry) Kochert, Chadwick (Julianne) Tieman, Benjamin Kochert, Jordan Kochert (Zach Yarbrough), Alexandra (Jason) Loris. Two great granddaughters: Aurora Lowry and Olivia Tieman. Three nephews and one niece.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Jack Sattler, and sister-in-law Barbara Sattler.
Aileen graduated from New Albany High School with the Class of 1950 and retired from the Celina Insurance Group. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, a member of the Celina Moose Lodge #1473, a member of the American Legion, and a long-standing employee of the Moose Lodge.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. Rick Walling officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Celina. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the Animal Protection League of Mercer County or the American Heart Association.
