* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Vicki Dawson, 63, formerly of Olathe, KS died 7:45 a.m. Saturday June 22, 2019 at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH.
She was born October 2, 1955 in St. Marys, OH to Paul and Velma (Holtkamp) Stork.
Survivors include: sister Lynn (Mike) McCabe of New Knoxville, OH; brother Paul (Mary) Stork of Pierceton, IN; niece Jenni (Mike) McCammon of Warsaw, IN; nephew Josh (Hanna) Stork of Ft.Wayne, IN; niece Sandi (Doug) Bambauer of New Knoxville, OH; nephew Scott (Missy) McCabe of New Knoxville, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Paul and Velma Stork; husband Anthony Dawson.
She was a graduate of New Knoxville High School (Class of 1974), and attended college in Kansas. A computer operator, she worked in the warehousing division of J.C. Penney Co. for many years. Her favorite pastimes included solving word puzzles and caring for her pet cats.
Private family services will be held, with burial to follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
