* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Daniel Bruggeman
Daniel Lee Bruggeman, age 45, of Celina, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital, in Columbus.
He was born on Dec. 13, 1973 in St. Marys, Ohio to his father Eugene F. Bruggeman of Celina and Sandy (Grimm) Bruggeman of Celina.
He is also survived by his two daughters Lexie Bruggeman of Celina, Megan Bruggeman of Celina, three brothers & sisters-in-law Matt (Liza) Bruggeman of Troy, Josh Bruggeman of Sidney, Scott (Julie) Bruggeman, Step-Father Charlie Bruggeman and several Nieces and Nephews.
Daniel graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1994. He was employed at Cooper Farms in St. Henry. He attended Mt. Tabor Church of God in Celina. He enjoyed golfing and loved his daughters and spending time with them.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 and from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
