* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Kathy Winkle
Kathy Winkle, 63, of Rockford, OH died 12:07 p.m. Tuesday July 9, 2019 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born February 28, 1956 in Grand Rapids, MI to Robert L. and Margaret A. (Mc Cune) King.
Survivors include: son Chad (Kristi, Gabrielle) Winkle of Walker, MI; son Brandon Winkle of Honolulu, HI; sister Connie Lou Hughes of Grand Rapids, MI; brother Larry Marzean of Wyoming, MI; brother Pratrick (Kathy) Marzean Jr. of Grandville, MI.
Preceded in death by: father Robert King; mother Margaret King-Marzean; step-father Patrick Marzean, Sr.
She had worked in a managerial position for America's Best Hotels in Celina and St. Marys. She was a member of Eagles Lodge auxiliary and American Legion auxiliary, both in Celina. Kathy was very civic-minded and involved in community affairs. She was friendly, outgoing and enjoyed helping others.
After battling breast cancer for 21/2 years, she is now with her Lord, Jesus Christ.
Private family services and burial will be held.
