* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Marcella Homan
Marcella V. (Eischen) Homan age 84 of Philothea died Sunday July 14, 2019 at the Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, IN.
She was born on March 18th 1935 in Ft. Recovery, to the late Joseph & Delores (Mertz) Eischen. On August 2, 1960, in Sharpsburg, she married Arnold Homan, and he died May 19, 1981.
Marcella is survived by her children and in-laws, Geraldine & Dennis Prost of Rochester Hills, MI, Martin Homan of West Alexandria, Dominic Homan of Gadsden, AL, Philip & Christy Homan of Fort Recovery, Lisa & Joseph Reinhard of Bryant, IN, as well as 10 grandchildren: Mary Beth, Paula, Ryan, Jacob, Sarah, Cassie, Conner, Jason, Joshua, and Jami, siblings and in-laws: Evelyn Goubeaux of Versailles, Patricia & Richard Meier of Ft. Recovery, Colett Eischen of Laura, Frank & Selia Eischen of Harlingen, TX, William Eischen of Winterset, IA, and Lillian Homan of Coldwater.
In addition to her parents and husband, Marcella is preceded in death by a son, Adrian Homan, a daughter-in-law, Kari Homan, and in-laws: Paul Goubeaux, Paul & Irene Homan, Anna & Florence Evers, Juletta & Linus Huelskamp, Cletus & Viola Homan, and Cleopha & Aloys Link.
Marcella was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Philothea, and the Altar Rosary Sodality. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday July 20th at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Philothea. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Philothea.
Friends may call 2:00-7:00 PM on Friday, July 19, 2019 and 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
