* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Karen Williams
Karen M. Williams, 63, of St. Marys, OH died 11:30 p.m. Monday October 28, 2019 at her residence.
She was born December 27, 1955 in St. Marys, OH to Paul and Ruth (Lenhart) Siefring. On June 3, 1978 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, she married Larry D. Williams, who survives.
Also survived by: son Spencer (Amy) Williams of St. Marys, OH; son Dan (Yana) Williams of St. Marys, OH; 5 grandchildren: Zane, Tyler, Adison, Robert and Kairi; mother Ruth Siefring of St. Marys, OH; sister Becky Siefring of St. Marys, OH; brother Ed (Deb) Siefring of Celina, OH; brother Donald Siefring of Wapakoneta, OH; sister Ann Siefring of Gorham, ME; brother Stephen Siefring of St. Marys, OH; sister Vicki (Vincent) Smith of St. Marys, OH; sister Mary Siefring of St. Marys, OH; sister Christine Taylor of St. Marys, OH; brother Paul (Angela) Siefring of Wapakoneta, OH.
Preceded in death by: father Paul Siefring; brother-in-law Randy Taylor.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1974). A licensed practical nurse, she had worked at JTDM Hospital and the office of Dr. John Bowling, both in St. Marys. For a number of years, she also operated "Zaney Couture" through which she sold hand-made purses and performed alterations.
She was a faithful member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys. Her favorite pastimes included sewing, baking and participating in the St. Marys Farmers' Market. More than anything else, she enjoyed caring for her family.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin at 11:15 a.m. Monday November 4, 2019 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, with the Rev. Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at the Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
