* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Robert Peters
Robert F. Peters, 92, of Central Lake, passed away on November 6, 2019 at his home.
He was born on January 19, 1927, the son of Harold and Mildred (Gaus) Peters.
Bob enjoyed traveling out west with his late wife during the winters, especially going to Branson, MO. He was also a gardener, loved his flowers as well as fishing and golfing.
He was a Mason for over 60 years, a longtime member of the Central Lake Lions Club as well as the Church in the Hills in Bellaire.
Bob is a Navy veteran of World War II and is survived by 4 children, Brian (Amy) Peters of Springfield, OH, Rhonda (Eric) Swayzee of Colonial Heights, VA, Brenda (Bill) Wallstedt of Fort Myers, FL, Dean (Lynda) Peters of Central Lake, brother Larry (Judy) Peters of Dayton, OH, sisters Margie (Jim) Fennig of Coldwater, OH and Janet (Allan) Adams of Coldwater, OH, a sister-in-law June Hollman, 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ardith Peters, a sister Norma Jean Wellman, brother James (Jimmy) Peters, brother-in-law Karl Wellman, brother-in-law Carl Hollman as well as his parents.
A Memorial service with military honors will take place at the Church in the Hills in Bellaire on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Pastor David Ramage will officiate.
