* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Michael Holdren
Michael A. Holdren, 71, of St. Marys, OH died 1:20 p.m. Wednesday November 20, 2019 at his daughter's residence in Celina, OH.
He was born January 11, 1948 in Celina, OH to Stanley E. and Loma E. (Knapp) Holdren.
Survivors include: daughter Chasity Marie (Donald Eisenhut) Holdren-Pace of Celina, OH; daughter McAla Renea Starr of St. Marys, OH; 5 grandchildren: Kelsie McCormick, Sidney Pace, Gunar Starr, Dayse Starr, Remington Holdren-Huffman; 2 step-grandchildren: Colton Pace, Courtney Pace; brother Norval (Linda) Holdren of Coldwater, OH; sister Peggy (Ronald dec'd) Street of Kettlersville, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Stanley and Loma Holdren; an infant great-grandchild; sister Beverly Dunn; grandson's father Timothy Huffman; many close friends and other family members
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1966) and Sinclair College in Dayton, OH. He was a retired production employee for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys and also performed commercial lawn care under the service of the late Steve Hirsch. During the late 1960's and early 1970's of Indian Lake, he was the proprietor of "Mildred's Electric Malt Shop" at Russells Point, OH.
His memberships included the Eagles Lodge Aerie #767 and American Legion Post #323 and USW Local #200, all in St. Marys. A talented musician, he played guitar and provided vocals in the band "The Flea Circus."
Michael enjoyed classic automobiles, and was the proud owner of an original 1966 Ford Mustang, which he often entered in area car shows and parades. An avid bowler, he participated in several leagues at Varsity Lanes in St. Marys. He also coached softball for his daughters' teams and was a member of the reunion committee for the Class of '66.
More than anything else, he enjoyed playing an active, supportive role in the lives of his children and grandchildren.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Saturday November 23, 2019 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Pastor Larry McCollum will officiate the services.
Visitation 1-4 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
