Virginia L. Koeper, 80, St. Marys, died 10:30 p.m. Dec. 9, 2019, at Vancrest of St. Marys.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, St. Marys, the Revs. Ed Ingram and Kevin Koeper officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
