Marvin Schulte
Marvin J. Schulte age 75 of Chickasaw, Ohio passed away at Tuesday December 17, 2019 at his home in Chickasaw.
He was born December 11, 1944 in New Bremen to the late Clem & Agnes (Homan) Schulte.
He is survived by brothers & sisters: Rita & Walter Heitkamp, Minster, Mary Agnes & Patrick Cogan, Glynwood, Jane & Bill Moore, New Bremen, Kenneth & Sharon Schulte, St. Sebastian, Gerald & Christa Schulte, Chickasaw, 18 nieces & nephews and numerous great nieces & nephews.
Marvin was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, the Men's Sodality, a Communion distributor and a lector. He was a former CYO Advisor and a CCD teacher. He was also a former secretary treasurer of the Chickasaw Fire Department, Precious Blood Cemetery Board and coach of the Chickasaw Chicks fast pitch softball team. In his spare time Marvin loved to research genealogy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 23, 2019 at Precious Blood Church, Chickasaw. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery.
Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home from 1-6 p.m. Sunday, December 22 and from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Monday.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Chickasaw Fire Department.
