The National Weather Service in Wilmington has extended the
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Betty Hainline
Betty J. Hainline, age 88, of Celina, Ohio entered into Heaven peacefully on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at the Miller Place Assisted Living Home, Celina.
She was born on April 11, 1931 in Liberty Township, Ohio, to the late Gail Addison and Osie Jane (Anspaugh) Beougher. On May 5, 1988 she married Walter Hainline, who died on March 23, 2001.
Survivors include her three loving children; Scott Alan (Becky) Klopfleisch of Brashear, TX, Lori Jane (Tim) Thwaits of Carey and Karla Jean (Doug) Smith of Celina. Her step-children Thomas Hainline of Polkton, N.C. Joann Hainline of Albemarle, N.C. Vicki Phillips of Greenville, Ricky Dee (Dianne) Carey of Alexandria, VA, Tim (Linda) Carey of Celina, Tina (Ron) Smith of Celina and Julie McDonald of Waterford, MI. She had 5 grandchildren, 11 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Betty is also survived by two siblings her brother Gerald "Pete" Beougher and her sister Phyllis Heckler of Celina.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, first husband Gustov Jr. Klopfleisch, second husband Orville Dean "Joe" Carey, step-son Warren Hainline, her brother-in-law Wayne Heckler and her sister-in-law Joann Beougher.
She graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1949. She was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. She retired from Reynolds & Reynolds in Celina after 33 years of service in the General Bindery Department at Reynolds & Reynolds.
Betty was a former member of the Chapter #91 Eastern Star of Celina and the Red Hat Society. Betty enjoyed baking, cooking, loved listening to country music and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, January 13, 2020 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Boomhower officiating. Burial will follow in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
