* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Anna Rankin
Anna May Rankin, age 92, formerly of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 in Springfield, Ohio.
She was born October 25, 1927 in Butler, Indiana to the late Truman F. and Goldie M. (Jenks) Hultz. On May 15, 1948 she married Willard O. "Bill" Rankin and he survives in Springfield.
Other survivors are a son Jack G and his wife Christina Rankin of Troy, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Anna had been a private secretary at International Harvester Co. in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She and her husband established and owned Rankin's Store in downtown Celina from May 1955 to July 2002. She was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina.
Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends for 3:00 pm-4:00 pm prior to the funeral. Private graveside services will be held at Butler Cemetery in Butler, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
