* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Gloria Blosser
Gloria J. Blosser, 68, of Celina, OH died unexpectedly Thursday January 23, 2020 at her residence.
She was born February 17, 1951 in Celina, OH to Lewis C. and Mabel M. (Goins) Blosser.
She is survived by: brother Lewis (Kathy) Blosser of Celina, OH; Brother Randy (Deb) Blosser of Arcanum, OH; Sister Janice (Ron) Fields of Celina, OH; 1 niece; 1 nephew; 1 great-niece; 2 great-nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents Lewis (07/22/2005) and Mabel (01/14/2020) Blosser.
She was a graduate of Celina Senior High School. She worked for many years as a production employee for Mersman Bros. Corporation. She also worked in the kitchen of the former Empire Restaurant in Celina and Classic Delight Corp. in St. Marys.
Her favorite pastimes included watching television, roller skating and shopping with her mother. Gloria absolutely loved sending all types of greeting cards to her family and friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday January 30, 2020 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at the Mercer Memory Gardens, near Celina.
Visitation 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
