Ann Evers
Ann C. Evers, age 79, of Coldwater, formerly of St. Henry, died Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
She was born on August 18, 1940 in St. Henry to the late Clarence & Loretta (Stein) Rinderle. On November 29, 1961 she married Eugene Evers, and he passed October 7, 2019.
Ann is survived by children, David & Julie Evers of Canal Winchester, Donald & Marie Evers, Maria Stein, Daniel & Laura Evers of Oviedo, FL, Kathleen & Michael Trejo of New Bremen, and Tony & Mary Evers of St. Henry. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and siblings and in-laws, Ruth & Ollie Wendel of Coldwater, Jane Clune of Huntsville, AL, Mary Clune of Minster, Patricia & Karl Kaiser of Bryant, IN, Nancy Rinderle and Margaret Rinderle both of St. Henry, Paul & Rogene Evers of St. Marys, Joan Wenning of New Bremen, Eileen Delzeith of Coldwater, and Mary Evers of Ft. Recovery.
Ann is preceded in death by siblings and in-laws, Owen Rinderle, Daniel Rinderle, Lavern Clune, Kenneth Clune, Norma & Paul Wenning, Melvin Evers, Ernest Wenning, and Cyril "George" Delzeith.
Ann was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, as well as the Altar Rosary Sodality, the D of I, and she sang in the Resurrection Choir. She worked at the former Gibbons Hospital in Celina, she was a Home Health nurse for Mercer County, and retired from the infirmary at St. Charles. She also served as a camp nurse for the Mercer County 4-H camp.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 am on Friday, February 7, 2020 at St. Henry Church, St. Henry.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 pm Thursday, February 6, and 9 to 10 am Friday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
