* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer, Miami, Preble, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 9 AM EDT this morning. For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 10 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Richard Collins

Richard E. "Dick" Collins, age 61, of Coldwater, died February 16, 2020 at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.
He was born March 12, 1958, in Jay County, IN, to the late Marion and Madonna (Ross) Collins.
Surviving are his daughter, Consteance Lopez of North Port, FL; grandsons, Favio & Javier; and siblings, Mike Collins of Portland, IN, Marvin (Joanie) Collins of Fort Recovery, Pat (Mike) Muhlenkamp of Portland, IN, Don "Fuzz" Collins and Jean Rawlings of Coldwater, Tom Collins and Bertha Archie of Ansonia, Bill Collins of Portland, IN Anna (Ed) Gaskill of Portland, IN, Mary Collins of Celina, Charlie (Jackie) Collins of Ossian, IN and Brenda (Kevin) Walker of Pennville, IN.
Preceding him in death are infant siblings, Anthony & David Collins.
He was a graduate of Fort Recovery High School and served 20 years in the Army National Guard.
Dick was employed at Cooper Farms, Fort Recovery, and enjoyed fishing, camping and hunting in earlier years.
Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home are entrusted with arrangements. Services will be held at a later date.
