* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

John Roth
John T. Roth, age 78, of Celina, Ohio passed away at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020 at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
He was born on October 31, 1941 in Port Clinton, Ohio to the late Julius J. and Olga M. (Ochs) Roth. On August 22, 1964 he married the love of his life Sandra Doyle, who is surviving, living in Celina.
Also surviving is his daughter and son-in-law; Julie (Jon) Yaney of St. Marys, six grandchildren Joshua Roth and Andria Stammen of Columbus, Jacob (Abby Chin) Yaney of Columbus, Samuel Yaney of St. Marys, Alyssa (Josh) Huber of Coldwater, Hannah (Ben Rohrs) Yaney of Columbus, Isaac Yaney of St. Marys, a brother and sister-in-law Robert (Robin) Roth of Fremont, sisters and brother-in-law Mary (Gary) Franks of Fremont, Kathy Robinson of South Carolina, and his sister-in-laws; Judy Montee of Washington, Nancy Peterson of California, Patty Hollingsworth, Susie Brooks and Tuesday Doyle all of Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Michael Roth and his two brothers Richard Roth and Patrick Roth.
After High School, John did his undergraduate studies at the St. Joseph's College in Indiana and his graduate education was done at the St. Francis University in Indiana and he completed his education with a Masters from the Wright State University in Dayton.
He was employed by the City of Celina Schools and taught Latin. He was also a coach for the Celina girls basketball team and the Celina ninth grade boys football team.
John was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. He enjoyed playing Tennis and working in his shop working with wood. He treasured every moment with his best buddy Herbie and was greatly involved with his grandchildren, family was everything to John.
Due to the national health concerns, the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home and the Roth Family are following directives outlined by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, limiting attendance to the visitation and funeral service to immediate family members and close friends only.
Private family services will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina. He will be buried in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina at a later date.
