* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Douglas Fair
Douglas "Doug" L. Fair, age 62, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio on April 24, 2020 at 3:22 pm.
He was born in Elyria, Ohio on January 28, 1958. On October 11, 1986 he married Angie (Wilson) Fair and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Doug is also survived by his children, Cramer Fair, Celina, Matthew Fair, Celina and Stephen (Melissa) Morgan, Celina; his mother, Mary Jane Fair, Findlay, Ohio; two brothers, Donald Fair, California and Rod (Paula) Fair, LaGrange, Ohio; two sisters, Sherri (John) Acheson, Findlay, Ohio and Penny Fair, LaGrange, Ohio; mother-in-law, Sue Heiser, Celina; father-in-law, Gene (Brenda) Wilson, Herrick, Illinois; brother-in-law, Aaron Wilson, Celina; sister-in-law, Andrea Morrison Shelbyville, Illinois; two grandchildren, Makenna and Mikayla; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Fair; and a sister, Deanna "Dee Dee" Fair.
Doug enjoyed golfing and one of his favorite memories was getting a hole-in-one on hole 6 at Northmoor Golf Course. Most important to Doug was spending time with his family and friends. He loved his boys and enjoyed coaching them in youth hockey and football. He was a member of Celina VFW Post #5713, Celina American Legion Post #210, Celina Eagles Post #1291 and the Celina Moose.
Due to restrictions of the COVID-19 virus we will be following the guidelines set by the Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's office; limiting attendance to the visitation and the funeral services to immediate family members and invited friends only. Family and friends gathering will take place from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina; a memorial service to honor Doug's life will follow with Rev. Matt Overman officiating.
